Financial Arrangements
We will accept assignment of your insurance and ask that you pay any co-pays and deductibles at the time of your appointment. Should you require an extended payment plan to restore your mouth to good oral health, we provide Care Credit to meet your needs.
We Bill Your Benefit Provider
We accept assignment for all insurance plans. For your convenience we will bill your dental benefit provider directly and wait for insurance reimbursement. You will be asked to pay your coinsurance rate and any other fee not covered by your particular insurance company at the time services are rendered.
We deal with thousands of different dental benefits. Each company may offer many different dental and medical plans. Your company can change benefits, co-pays and deductibles many times throughout the year. We do our best to provide you with accurate coverage estimates based on information available to us. At times, it is almost impossible to accurately estimate our patients' co-payment. Many benefit providers will not disclose their reimbursement fees until after the treatment is completed. As a courtesy, we ask that you keep us informed of any change to your dental benefits. It is important that all information about you and your benefits is current. Our assistance with dental benefit matters doesn’t stop there! We will help you with any request your benefit provider might have – if they need things such as treatment explanatory notes, X-rays, and exam results, we will send them on your behalf at no extra charge.
